Original/Review article Structures
Title
The title page should include:
The name(s) of the author(s);
A concise and informative title;
The affiliation(s) of the author(s), i.e. institution, (department), city, (state), zip codes, country;
A clear introduction of the first author and the corresponding author, i.e. gender, birthdate, professional title, degree, research direction, and an active e-mail address.
Funding
Any funding that supports the subject involved in this manuscript shall be indicated at the bottom of the first page, like “Funded by China Geological Survey (No.DD20190824) and National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.42102296)”.
Abstract
The abstract should contain research purpose, method, conclusion, significance. Don’t writing about the research background. Use specific rather than general, figurative language, and don't use clichés. There should be no quotation mark or the words "this article". Please provide an abstract about 800 words.
Keywords
Please provide 5 to 8 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.
Introduction
In the introduction, MS should emphasize the latest research progress of domestic and foreign scholars in this field, highlight the research highlights and significance of this article, and briefly explain the research purpose, methods, test and analysis methods, and expected research results of this article.
Text
(1) Text Formatting
Manuscripts should be submitted in Word. All Chinese fonts are Song Ti, and punctuation is full-width Chinese punctuation; English and data formats are Times New Roman font, half-width format.
(2) Headings
Subsections should be numbered 1, 2, 3, then 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.
(3) Figures and Maps
Table and figure captions must have English translations, including symbols and legends. Table should include data information, such as experimental method(s), condition(s), and data precision and error range. Maps with national boundaries of China and other countries should have permission number for publication. The photograph shall have good definition and contrast ratio. The resolution shall be more than 200dpi.
(4) Units
The manuscript requires the use of China statutory measurement units. Please pay attention to the correct use of data expression format and unit symbols and punctuation. Please keep the data and unit format of the full text (including in the chart) consistent.
(5) Tables
Each figure (or table) shall have both Chinese and English titles. Authors should use three-line table format (top line, column line and bottom line). Each table must have a brief and self-explanatory title. Column headings should be brief, but sufficiently explanatory.
d. Explanations that are necessary to the understanding of the table should be given as footnotes at the bottom of the table.
Discussion
The author can take the necessary discussions based on the current research progress, difficulties, etc. This part is critical to improving the quality of the article, and the author should write carefully.
Conclusion
Results should be clear and concise. Please truthfully and accurately describe the research results and data (provide absolute value), and try to quantify the results.
References
The items and content quoted in the references must be verified correct with the original texts. It’s better to select the latest references published within the past 3 years. Reference citing should use arabic numbers in the order as citations appear in the text, and citation numbers should be positioned as superscript and inside square brackets (references cited in table or figures should be those already cited in the main text). Chinese and English references should list separately. In the reference list names of authors and all co-authors must be given in full. The listing formats are:

Discoveries and Developments Structures
Title
The title page should include:
The name(s) of the author(s);
A concise and informative title;
The affiliation(s) of the author(s), i.e. institution, (department), city, (state), zip codes, country;
A clear introduction of the first author and the corresponding author, i.e. gender, birthdate, professional title, degree, research direction, and an active e-mail address.
Objectives
State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.
Methods
Provide concise details to allow the work to be reproduced by an independent researcher. Any modifications of existing methods should also be described.
Results
Results should be clear and concise.
Conclusions
The main conclusions of the study may be presented in a short Conclusions section, which needs to stand alone.
Acknowledgements
Collate acknowledgements in a separate section at the end of the article and do not include them on the title page. List here those individuals who provided help during the research, fund support, about the first author and the corresponding author.
